Tendering Service

In addition to our Standard Service, your project can be fully scheduled to include your exact requirements, all written down in an itemised document.

The schedule of works is issued with drawings and structural calculations to three contractor who can be recommended by The Plan Centre or we are happy to issue to contractors you may know.

The contractors will return a fully priced copy of the schedule of works and The Plan Centre will issue you a copy of the returned tenders together with our Tender Report which will provide our recommendations.

The priced schedule of works, drawings and calculations will then form the contract documents between you and your contractor.
