Our Approach:

  • Initial site meeting and property survey lasting 2 hours  using the latest laser measuring equipment.  We start all projects by first listening to your requirements and assessing the planning and building regulations implications.
  • Drawings are prepared using specialist computer aided design and 3D modelling software with plans, drawings and images issued to the client within 7 days.  An express service is also available with drawings ready within 24 hours
  • The client then has the opportunity to modify the drawings to ensure the drawings are perfect.  All projects include one hour of complementary amendments.
  • The client is provided with a paper and pdf copy of all plans, sections, elevations, specifications and calculations.
  • Applications are made to your local authority by The Plan Centre and we will be your agent, dealing with all correspondence on your behalf.
  • The Plan Centre will provide you with the approval notices from your local authority.
  • The project can now start, The Plan Centre are always on hand to help in any way we can during the construction and for any future projects.

The Plan Centre undertakes extensive research with several Northwest local authority ensuring the advice given and information produced is suitable for your project. The Plan Centre operates with a high local authority approval rate.  We have a range of support staff who provide office, landscaping  support. Quicker Planning Approval

Fast tacked planning applications are issued by The Plan Centre using a Central Government web site, The Planning Portal, which allows a planning application to be issued instantly seven days a week.  Once received, Planning will allow The Plan Centre to side step the complex validation process and the application will be assigned to a planning case officer within 24 hours.  This fast track process will result in a planning decision being given in a significantly shorter time.

We are also designated 'Smarter Planning Champion' which confirms we meet the  Government requirements for best practice in online planning and listed building applications.
